Q: Why did you close your Retail Store?
A: We moved 30-miles south of the Store in 03-2003. The 6-day a week 60-mile a day drive, while beautiful, became a pain. We extended our lease to cover the Christmas Holiday and Party seasons, closing the Store 01-31-2004.

Q: Can I still get my favorite Product(s) from you even though it's not on the list?
A: Depending on the product, yes. Please feel free to call and ask for details.

Q: Are you going to open another Retail Store?
A: If the right place with a reasonable rent comes along - maybe.

Q: My package arrived damaged. What should I do?
A: All orders are packed with the greatest of care to insure you receive your order intact. Hot Prospects is not responsible for damages - check with your Post Office.

Q: Why do you ship on Monday only?
A: We don't want orders sitting in the Post Office over a weekend!

Q: How fast do you ship?
A: Generally, we ship all orders the Monday following the order placement. From time to time, supplies of product run low due to manufacturing schedules. We will tell you upon order placement whether the item is in stock.

Q: Are products listed available in other sizes?
A: Some Marinating and BBQ Sauces are available in Gallons. Just ask!

Q: Are Freight Rates "written in stone"?
A: No - sometimes the Freight Rate may be less. Adjustments at our discretion.

Q: What is your PRIVACY POLICY?
A: We don't share you information with anyone, even our mothers!

Q: What about ground chiles?
A: Yes, we carry ground chiles. Please call for details.

Q: Do you still sell Pigfoot ribs?
A: Yes, we do carry the ribs. However we do not ship ribs; local availability only. Please call for details.
